KUALA LUMPUR: Two former senior general managers of Tabung Haji Board failed in their appeal after the High Court upheld their 10-year jail term for committing criminal breach of trust and cheating involving RM200mil of Tabung Haji board fund.
In rejecting the appeal by the two on Monday, Judicial Commissioner Zainal Azman Ab Aziz ruled that the trial judge did not err in making his finding of facts or law.
