IPOH: Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir has criticised PAS Youth for being unrepentant after causing chaos and havoc with demonstrations and gatherings.
Dr Zambry said PAS Youth had been organising gatherings everywhere even without permits to do so.
