KUALA LUMPUR: The Companies Commis-sion of Malaysia (CCM) recorded a statement by the former chief executive officer who managed the Pempena Executive Taxi Service (PETS), on the failure of the project worth RM18mil owned by the Tourism Ministry.
Major (Rtd) Jaafar Shidek Abdullah was present at the CCM office yesterday on the 15th floor of Putra Palace since 9 am and came out nine hours later.
