SEPANG: Police will recommend to the Attorney-General to charge parents of 44 juveniles arrested at Saturday’s anti-ISA (Internal Security Act) rally for exploiting their children, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan.
He said action under the Child Protection Act 1991 can be taken against parents who are found exploiting their children.
