PETALING JAYA: A new head of the Indian Studies Department at Universiti Malaya will be appointed within three months, UM Vice-Chancellor Datuk Ghauth Jasmon said yesterday.
He said the appointment of Prof Mohd Reduan Ariff as acting head was a temporary measure and that an Indian candidate would take over from him.
