PETALING JAYA: Upgrading infrastructure, building new terminals or even increasing the number of buses and trains are not going to solve the public transport problem unless the Government sets up a main body to oversee public transport.
“The number one problem is that we don’t have a main body governing public transport,” said Transit spokesman Muhammad Zulkarnain Hamzah.
