KUALA LUMPUR: A construction site supervisor, who was charged with causing the death of corporate consultant Dr Liew Boon Horng in 2005, has been acquitted by the Sessions Court here.
Khew Ah Sum, 52, walked out a free man after judge Mohamad Sekeri Mamat ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against him.
