SHAH ALAM: Selangor opposition chief Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo is planning to take legal action against Speaker Teng Chang Khim who ordered him out of the state assembly.
“My lawyers say I have grounds to sue Teng over what had happened and they (the lawyers) are currently working on the case,” said Dr Mohd Khir, who was ordered out of the state assembly after he accused the Speaker of being biased.
