LUMUT: The Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry will set up a committee to tackle the impact of the El Nino phenomenon on the agriculture industry, said minister Datuk Noh Omar.
Headed by the ministry secretary-general, Noh said the committee will comprise representatives from all departments and agencies under the ministry besides several experts.
