KUCHING: Sarawak plans to set up a committee to establish a benchmark for preschools in the state as a way of helping them to improve on their teaching and childcare standards.
Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department Fatimah Abdullah said the committee would provide guidelines on policies, curriculum, facilities and teaching qualifications of staff for preschools.
