Insulated containers expensive and low quality, say fish importers

BUKIT KAYU HITAM : The high cost and low quality of insulated fish containers and expensive handling charges were reasons why fish importers and transport agents in the country refused to use insulated fish containers, said Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister Datuk Noh Omar.

Noh said the reasons were identified during a dialogue to find why fish importers refused to use the system that was introduced in September 2006.
