KOTA KINABALU: Blackouts in the city will be reduced to the minimum once a new power supply transmission system is fully operational by the end of the year.
Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd managing director Baharin Din said the completion of the Kota Kinabalu Outer Ring System second phase (KKOR2) would result in a more reliable power supply in the state capital.
