PETALING JAYA: Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) has received a government directive to postpone its programme to replace aging water and communication pipes in the Klang Valley.
In a statement issued yesterday, Syabas executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail said the programme, which included restoration work, was supposed to have started on Jan 1 this year.
