KOTA KINABALU: Former Labuan MP Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman was back in court yesterday to face a charge of making a false statutory declaration before a Justice of Peace (JP) 14 years ago.
The 48-year-old Labuan Umno chairman claimed trial to using the name Ahmad Suhaily Abdul Rahman with the identitiy card (IC) number H 0552181 when making the declaration before JP Mohd Naser Mohd Noor.
