KUALA LUMPUR: A former managing director and a former executive director were fined RM200,000 each for abetting an asset management company in an illegal withdrawal of RM50mil from Tabung Haji clients’ trust accounts.
Dr Ghazali Atan and Mohamed Abdul Wahab, both 58, were found guilty by the Sessions Court at the end of the defence case on April 1.
