Aswara now a statutory body

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Arts Culture and Heritage Academy (Aswara) was declared a federal statutory body Wednesday.

Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal said the move was instituted under the National Arts, Culture and Heritage Academy (Aswara) Act (Act 653).
