Joseph Kurup will remain as Pensiangan MP

Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup will remain as Member of Parliament for the Pensiangan seat after the Federal Court overturned the Election Court’s ruling to nullify the election results on Sept 17 last year.
