LONDON: Malaysia is set to propel its handwoven textiles and fabrics such as vibrant batik pieces and intricately-patterned songket onto the world stage.
Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal expressed confidence that these products would have considerable potential for fashion houses across the world.
