MD claims trial in Kuching prison graft case (updated)


AMPANG: A former managing director has pleaded not guilty to a corruption charge involving the construction of the Kuching Prison Complex some eight years ago.

Wan Madzihi Wan Mahdzar, 63, had allegedly submitted a false claim for work on the prison complex although the work concerned, which included building as well as internal mechanical and electrical works, was not completed at the said time.
