BUKIT MERTAJAM: Workers are rushing against time to complete a giant sculpture of Wang Niu (Prosperous Bull), the mascot for Penang’s Chinese New Year Cultural & Heritage Celebration 2009.
The imposing polystyrene sculpture will take centrestage at the Khoo Kongsi for the Feb 1 event organised by the state government, the Penang Chinese Clan Council and the Clan Associations Youth Committee.
