KUALA LUMPUR: Horrified by the atrocities in Gaza, Malaysian film director Yasmin Ahmad (pic) was moved to raise funds for Mercy Malaysia through a special screening of her film Muallaf.
The filmmaker said: “The Palestinians need medical help and as soon as possible. With what’s going on there, the Israeli army continually killing children, they need help and they can’t get enough help.”
