BALIK PULAU: The magistrate’s court here granted bail to a 29-year-old man, who goes by the name “Datuk Kabi,” despite being told that he had jumped bail before.
Prosecuting officer Chief Insp Md Saad Hassan said that that C. Kamaleshwaran had previously been charged with five counts of cheating but absconded and was subsequently believed to be responsible for 18 other cases in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur together with other people.
