Rising tides a threat in Sandakan

SANDAKAN: Coastal residents in this Sabah east coast town are literally on edge as high tides began hitting several villages since Saturday.

The tide levels rose to 2.8m around 11.10pm on Saturday with sea water coming up to the roads.
