PETALING JAYA: The Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) Bill hands the Prime Minister too much power, the Bar Council believes.
Bar chairman Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said the JAC should be completely independent, and ensure the separation of powers between the Judiciary, Executive and Legislature.
