KUALA LUMPUR: Existing laws are adequate to control prostitution and laws need not be changed to charge male clients, Deputy Home Minister Datuk Chor Chee Heung said.
Currently, male clients in prostitution cases are not required by law to be charged but may assist the court as witnesses while Muslims are referred to the religious authorities for action to be taken, he said.
