KUALA LUMPUR: Three friends, including a former deputy minister’s son, were acquitted and discharged by a Kuala Lumpur High Court from a charge of murdering an elderly doctor five years ago.
In acquitting the trio, High Court judge Justice Mohamed Apandi Ali ruled that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against three accused.
