POLITICAL analyst Abdul Razak Baginda could face re-arrest if prosecutors file an appeal against his acquittal with the Court of Appeal, said Karpal Singh in Sinar Harian yesterday.
Karpal Singh, who is holding a watching brief for the family of deceased Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu, said the appeal could be made through Section 56A of the Courts of Judicature Act to remand Razak until an appeal decision is made.
