PM: Gas pipeline from Sabah to Sarawak on

KOTA KINABALU: The controversial RM3bil Petronas gas pipeline from Sabah to Sarawak is on, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said.

Clearing the air on the status of the 500km pipeline project, Abdullah said some of the gas obtained off Sabah would be used for a power plant in Kimanis, while the remaining would be piped to Bintulu in Sarawak.
