IPOH: The Raja Muda of Perak Raja Dr Nazrin Shah wants constructive criticism and "brave new ideas" to halt wasteful and superficial programmes in Budget 2009.
In his royal address during the 163rd Perak Religious and Malay Customs Council meeting on Monday, Raja Nazrin Shah urged members to be bold enough to voice ideas and approaches that were more relevant to the era.
