KUALA LUMPUR: Perak Youth chief Dr Mah Hang Soon became the new deputy MCA Youth chief post, defeating Kapar division chief Song Kee Chai by a majority of 758 votes.
Dr Mah polled 1,152 votes while Song, who only decided in the last minute to contest, got 394 votes.
