SEREMBAN: A police inspector was charged at the Sessions Court here with failing to act on a complaint from a member of the public who had alleged that four people had cheated him of RM90,000.
Insp Madon Budin, 50, (pic) from Bandar Mahkota Cheras, had allegedly committed the offence at 11am on Oct 13, 2000 at the state police contingent headquarters in Jalan Campbell here.
