JOHOR BARU: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has become the first higher education institution in Johor to establish the Anti-Corruption Secretariat.
The programme that was jointly organised by the Anti-Corruption Acengy (ACA) and the Ministry of Higher Education was to instill anti-corruption values within the graduates who are the future leaders of the country.
