KOTA KINABALU: The Election Court has dismissed an election petition seeking to nullify the results of the Api Api state seat won by Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Dr Yee Moh Chai.
High Court judge Justice Datuk Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman, sitting as Election Court judge, held that there was no evidence linking Dr Yee — who is Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) deputy president and state Resource Development and Information Technology Minister — to certain pamphlets distributed during the March 8 polls.
