KEPALA BATAS: The e-Land system, currently almost 90% developed, will be fully accessible in Penang next year, said NaturalResources and Environment Minister Datuk Douglas Uggah Embas.
He said the system would first be set up in the Seberang Perai Utara district before being extended nationwide in stages later.
