KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup has filed a notice of appeal to the Federal Court against the Kota Kinabalu High Court’s decision which declared null and void the election result of the Pensiangan Parliament constituency in the last general election.
The notice of appeal was filed by Kurup’s leading counsel Alex Decena at the Federal Court in Putrajaya yesterday.
