BANGI: The call by state chairman Datuk Liow Tiong Lai for Penang MCA to sever ties with the Bukit Bendera Umno division should not be seen as a party against party move.
Party vice-president Datuk Ong Tee Keat cautioned that the call by Liow, who is also MCA Youth secretary-general, must not be viewed from an Umno versus MCA angle.
