GEORGE TOWN: The biggest shock in the Wanita MCA state-level elections was the loss of incumbent Penang wanita MCA chief Ooi Siew Kim to challenger Tan Cheng Liang, a former Jawi state assemblyman, by a mere two votes.
Ooi polled 114 votes against Tan's 116 votes. There was one spoilt vote.
