JOHOR BARU: A 34-year-old chief inspector and his female companion have been arrested in connection with a cheating case.
The chief inspector was picked up after the woman, in her 30s, had allegedly impersonated an immigration officer to help a restaurant owner settle his foreign workers' work permit problem.
