KUCHING: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) plans to set up an ICT centre for the disabled, likely to be located at the Blind Centre here.
MCMC Sarawak region director Zulkarnain Mohd Yasin said the proposed centre would have computers and other ICT equipment tailored for the blind.
