KUALA LUMPUR: It will be a futile effort and waste of judicial time to challenge a magistrate's restriction order on five Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) leaders and their supporters against its Nov 25 rally, the High Court heard.
In raising a preliminary objection over the appeal on Tuesday, DPP Raja Rozela Raja Toran submitted that the appellants did not exhaust the proper avenue to challenge the Nov 22 order that barred them from holding the rally.
