ALOR STAR: Local authorities in Kedah have not imposed any ruling that makes it mandatory for advertisers to only feature female models wearing tudung (head scarves).
State Housing and Local Government Committee chairman Datuk Taulan Rasul said, however, Muslim models were encouraged to wear the tudung.
