New district Ledang to have own police HQ

MUAR: Ledang, which was conferred district status by the Sultan of Johor Sultan Iskandar Sultan Ismail last month, will have its own district police headquarters soon.

Johor police chief Deputy Comm Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shairff said the Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Musa Hassan, had approved the setting up of the district police headquarters to replace the current Tangkak police station.
