Court: Prosecution has case against Nik Sapeia for causing hurt to Dr M

KOTA BARU: Marine tycoon Datuk Nik Sapeia Nik Yusof has been told to enter his defence on a charge of intentionally causing hurt to former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and three others by discharging a spray of harmful contents exactly two years ago.

Nik Sapeia, 53, looked despondent and shook his head several times when magistrate Azman Mustapha said the prosecution had a prima facie case against him and fixed trial for Dec 15 to 19.
