GEORGE TOWN: The Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) crackdown on overloaded lorries will see drivers, and owners of the lorries and goods being hauled up.
JPJ enforcement director Salim Parlan said the round-the-clock Ops Tutup from Aug 1 to 14 would involve 150 enforcement officers from Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.
