IPOH: The Public Works Department (JKR) is trying to determine if a matriculation college hostel located above a severely eroded slope is in danger of collapsing.
Education Ministry director-general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom said last week’s landslide occurred some 10m from the hostel in Gopeng, but the structure itself had not been affected.
