KUALA LUMPUR: An Election Court will decide today whether to strike out a petition filed against the result for the Bukit Bintang parliamentary seat.
Shah Alam High Court judge Justice Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin, sitting as the Election Court judge, will decide on the preliminary objection raised by respondent Bukit Bintang MP Fong Kui Lun after hearing submissions yesterday.
