KUALA LUMPUR: An Election Court will decide next week whether to strike out a petition filed over the results of the Bukit Bintang parliamentary seat.
Shah Alam High Court judge Justice Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin, who sat as the Election Court judge, fixed July 10 to decide on a preliminary objection raised by Bukit Bintang MP Fong Kui Lun.
