DOMESTIC Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad invited press members to take a photograph with him yesterday but there were no takers.

“Anyone wants to take a picture with me? No one? This is as if I’m having some serious disease,” he joked as photographers snapped away at Shahrir standing alone.

Shahrir was one of the Barisan Nasional ministers, who were photographed with Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan – the man who lodged a police report on Saturday accusing PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim of sodomising him.

The photographs, which also included those with Tourism Minister Datuk Azalina Othman, and Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed, were released by PKR on Sunday.
