Office units and shares not declared

KUALA LUMPUR: Suspended Commercial Crimes Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Ramli Yusoff had declared his assets 35 times to the police, but he did not disclose information on two office units nor his shares in two companies, a Sessions Court heard here.

Deputy Supt Abu Bakar Kamarudin, 55, who was the officer-in-charge of records of assets in Bukit Aman from 1987 to last year, said Comm Ramli did not declare two office units at Megan Avenue II in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.
