WHILE traders were scrambling to raise prices following the fuel price hike, Khalid Ahmad, a foodstall owner in Kuala Kedah, is maintaining the RM2 price for a plate of rice and dishes, including chicken, fish, meat and vegetables.
Cold drinks or coffee or tea are served with each plate, Utusan Malaysia reported.
